This project in Carmel Valley (Torrey Hills), San Diego encompassed a kitchen remodel, all new luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout the downstairs, all new paint throughout the house, new window treatments, remodeled fireplace and new furniture. We also remodeled the small guest bathroom downstairs.

We added a few little luxuries into the kitchen such the pot filler, instant hot and cold tap, and a deep appliance garage (not visible) in the back corner to the right of the range.

The kitchen remodel changed the entire home. We removed a wall to rework the pantry area making it a lot larger and more usable, and we designed it in such a way that we had space to add the awesome coffee bar area next to the pantry.

We derived the name of this project from the fact that this home is owned by two very lovely people, and it is filled with everything imaginable (toys, books, puzzles, etc) for their three adorable grandchildren. Not visible in these images are the grandchildren's bedrooms, as well as a room downstairs dedicated 100% for them to play in!
