The name of this project was easily derived by the mere nature of the outstandingly breathtaking open views of rolling hills and lush green landscape visible from the back of the house.
In addition to this, our clients have a stunning vanishing edge pool in the backyard, so whilst swimming, these views can be soaked in and enjoyed.
This project involved: a kitchen remodel, new window in the kitchen, new paint throughout, new lighting design and installation, new flooring throughout, a fireplace remodel in the family room, and new window treatments.
We took a roughly 20 year old kitchen that did not function well, and put functionality for this big and busy family at the top of our list. We removed the ceiling beams in the kitchen and family room which were unevenly installed and frankly a bit of an eye sore! The home owner selected the most beautiful porcelain slab (Ascale – Ducal Gold) for her counter tops and backsplash (and adjoining bar area), and the result was just fabulous. The stone, in combination with the outstanding pendant lights above the center island, resulted in a gorgeous kitchen all round.
