The Sass Home Project

This project encompassed a partial home remodel including:

All new luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout the downstairs, new carpet on the stairs and upstairs, new paint throughout, completely new remodeled kitchen, new window treatments, new lighting layout and fixtures, opening up a wall to make the entrance into the kitchen wider, and removing a pony wall at the dining room area that way making the space for the dining table much bigger and less restricting.

The fireplace in the family room was remodeled, and the TV was relocate to above it, which makes it a lot more comfortable for TV viewing. Also the cabinetry in the adjoining family room was updated to match the kitchen cabinets.

All new furniture for the downstairs was specified and it now blends seamlessly with the updated transitional aesthetic of the home.

This home was built in 1996 (which makes it almost 30 years old) and it had never been updated, so this remodel was badly needed and the transformation was a game changer.
